A company’s customer support is only as good as the ability for anyone in your organization to easily find and act upon customers requests, and we’ve refined Inbox in Slack to be straightforward and streamlined. We now have an entirely revamped Inbox which helps you manage and track all your messages. No more missed messages. Search for and view all of your account’s text message threads. Filter conversations based on set tags.
Assigning SMS to Slack Members
Now when a SMS comes in, you are able to ‘assign’ the thread to any number of members so that you can be certain the right team members will follow up with specific customers - or simply assign them to keep an eye on the thread. Once a user is assigned they will get a direct message from Clerk about an inbound sms.
Priority, Status & Tagging
Perfect for sales & customer support: You can now set a priority e.g. ‘Urgent’ to any and all messages, as well as include notes for other members on your team to be aware of. Our integrations with Zendesk and Salesforce are cominmg out shortly.
MFA / OTP / 2FA Non VoIP
We have built a solution to enable shared OTP / MFA / 2FA messages and codes inside a Slack channel. Clerk allows you to receive verification codes from any online service and supports both virtual and non-VoIP phone numbers. Not sure which one to pick?
