How do I download and install the mobile app on my device?
It’s so easy! Simply visit the Google Play Store (for Android users) or the Apple App Store (for iOS users). Search for “Clerk Chat” and click on the get/install button. Once you login or register, you’ll have access to its features and functionalities right away.
Can I use the same login credentials as the Web App?
Absolutely! Our mobile app seamlessly integrates with our Web App, allowing you to use the same login credentials across both platforms. This means you can effortlessly transition from web to mobile, and enjoy a unified experience. Skip the separate accounts or additional registration. Who has time for that?
Does the app have all the features available that I currently use on the Web App or via Slack or Teams?
Our mobile app is still in its initial version, so we recommend exploring. Although it may not encompass all the features available on the Web App just yet, you’ll still get a sense of the app’s functionality and benefits, especially when on-the-go. Can I access the same data and information on the mobile app as I can on the Web App?

Is there a difference in the user interface or user experience on the mobile app?
It’s a matter of preference and how you prefer to work.
